This 1920s Craftsman was purchased and completely redesigned by Create + Curate Studio.

In the heart of Tulsa’s most walkable neighborhood was a house that needed serious love and attention. Everything in this home was original, so we took it down to the studs, removed the coal chute, and replaced every wall and surface. Working within the confines of a historical neighborhood, the original double hung windows were fully restored and each piece of siding and trim was custom milled to match in order to maintain the original craftsman style. The existing floor plan was redesigned and a master suite was added to take this 2 bedroom 1 bath to a fully functional 3 bedroom 2.5 bath charmer.
